One World Fertility is a doctor-led IVF centre in Saket, New Delhi. We started it because too many people were leaving fertility clinics with a bill, a leaflet and no clear idea of what had just been decided for them. This page is what we built instead - and how it works.

Most people arrive here having already been told something. Sometimes it was wrong; more often it was simply never explained. My job is not to hand you a protocol - it is to make sure you understand your own body well enough to decide what happens next.
Fertility medicine can quote you a number for almost anything. What it cannot do is tell you how much of your life to spend chasing it. That part is yours, and you can only choose it properly if someone has been straight with you about the odds.
So we do the unglamorous things well: read the old reports before ordering new ones, say when a treatment will not help, and answer the phone in the fortnight when everyone else goes quiet.

How we got here
Four decisions that shaped the centre.
Since 2024
01
2024 · The beginning
Built new, on purpose
One World Fertility opened with no inherited protocols and no legacy equipment to work around - which meant every decision, from the lab build to how long a consultation runs, could be made for the patient rather than for the schedule.
02
Saket · A home in South Delhi
One centre, done properly
Rather than spread thin across addresses, we put everything into a single centre on Westend Marg: consulting rooms, diagnostics and the embryology lab under one roof, so nothing about your treatment is outsourced or handed off.
03
Doctor-led · Continuity of care
The same specialist, start to finish
Dr. Kavita Manchanda sees you at the first consultation and at every review after it. You are never re-explaining your history to someone new, and no one is guessing at a decision they were not part of.
04
Today · Where we are now
Growing one family at a time
We measure ourselves by whether people felt informed and respected, not by volume. That is the only growth we are interested in, and it is why the centre stays deliberately small.
Care
N° 03
How care actually runs
Six stages, in the order you will meet them.
The pathway
01
First consultation
An unhurried conversation about your history, previous attempts and what you actually want. Nothing is ordered before it is explained.
02
Testing & diagnosis
Only the investigations that change the plan. We read your old reports first - a valid result does not get repeated for the sake of it.
03
Your treatment plan
The options that fit your diagnosis, with honest odds, real costs and the alternatives - including the option of waiting, or of doing nothing.
04
Treatment cycle
Monitoring, procedures and lab work under one roof, with the same team you have already met and a number you can call between visits.
05
The wait, supported
The hardest fortnight of a cycle is the one most clinics go quiet through. We stay reachable, and we tell you what is normal.
06
Result & next step
Whatever the outcome, you get a straight explanation of what happened and what it means for the next decision - not a leaflet.
Everything under one roof. Consulting, diagnostics and embryology sit on a single site - no sample and no scan leaves the building, and no stage of this pathway is handed to an outside lab.

Mission & vision
What we are trying to do, and where it is going.
01
Our mission
To give every patient a treatment plan they genuinely understand and odds they can actually act on - so the decision about how far to go stays theirs.
Explain before treating, every time
Quote success rates for your age and diagnosis, not headline figures
Decline add-ons that have no evidence behind them
Keep the same specialist across the whole journey
02
Our vision
A fertility centre people recommend for how they were treated as much as for the outcome - and a city where infertility is discussed without shame.
Judged on real outcomes, reported honestly
Small enough that no one becomes a file number
Male-factor care treated as half the picture, because it is
Public education that reduces the stigma around infertility
Figures we can stand behind
Every number here is either counted from our own records or verifiable elsewhere on this site. We would rather show four honest figures than a wall of rounded-up ones.

What we promise
Six commitments you can hold us to.
Hold us to these
01
We explain before we treat
Informed consent is not a signature on a form. If you cannot explain your own plan back to us, we have not finished explaining it.
02
Honest numbers, always
Success rates depend on age, diagnosis and history. We quote yours - not a headline figure from someone else’s best case.
03
Privacy, without exception
Fertility is nobody else’s business. Your records, your visits and your questions stay inside the care team.
04
No treatment you do not need
Add-ons with no evidence behind them are not offered here, however routinely they are sold elsewhere.
05
In your own language
Consultations run in English or Hindi - whichever lets you ask the awkward question properly.
06
Both partners, together
Fertility is assessed as a couple wherever possible. Male-factor causes roughly half of cases and is not an afterthought here.
With you
N° 06
The support that comes with it
Included in your care, not sold alongside it.
Emotional supportCounselling is offered as part of care, not sold as an extra. Treatment is hard on people, and pretending otherwise helps nobody.
Cost clarity upfrontA written estimate before you commit, with what is included and what is not. No item reaches your bill that was not discussed first.
Travel planningComing from another city or country? We group scans and consults so a single trip covers as much as possible.
Reachable between visitsQuestions do not wait for the next appointment. Call or WhatsApp and a coordinator replies, usually within a few hours.

Continuity. The same specialist sees you at the first consultation and at every review after it, so you are never re-explaining your history to someone new. The centre is deliberately single-site, with consulting rooms, diagnostics and the embryology lab under one roof, and unevidenced treatment add-ons are not offered.
One World Fertility was founded in 2024 and has been caring for families for 2 years. It was built new rather than taken over, which is why its protocols and laboratory were specified from scratch.

To give every patient a treatment plan they understand and honest odds they can act on. In practice that means explaining before treating, quoting success rates specific to your age and diagnosis rather than headline figures, and declining to sell add-ons that have no evidence behind them.
Yes. Share your travel dates and the team groups your consultation, scans and tests so one journey covers as much as possible instead of requiring repeat trips. Counselling, written cost estimates and contact between visits by phone or WhatsApp are part of standard care, not paid extras.
Start with a conversation, not a commitment.
A first consultation exists to work out whether treatment is even the right answer for you. Sometimes it is not, and we will say so.
