What does Fertility And Reproductive Care include at One World Fertility?
Fertility And Reproductive Care covers 11 treatments across 4 specialities: Fertility Testing, Fertility Treatments, Donor And Assisted Options and Advanced Fertility Options. Each treatment has its own page setting out how it works, who it suits and what to expect, so you can read the detail before deciding anything.
When should I consider Fertility And Reproductive Care?
Consider this care area if you have been trying to conceive for 12 months without success, or 6 months if you are over 35; if a cycle has failed elsewhere; after a miscarriage or repeated loss; or if you have been told IVF is your only option and want that read a second time before committing.
How does treatment in Fertility And Reproductive Care work, step by step?
Four stages, the same for every patient. First a consultation covering your full history. Then only the diagnostics that change the plan, rather than a standard panel ordered for its own sake. Then the options explained in plain language with the trade-offs stated. Then the same specialist stays with you through to the outcome, so nothing is handed between doctors mid-treatment.
Why choose One World Fertility for Fertility And Reproductive Care?
Care is led start to finish by Dr. Kavita Manchanda - MBBS, MS (Obstetrics & Gynaecology), DNB, and FNB in Reproductive Medicine - with 15+ years of clinical experience across government hospitals and senior fertility practice in Delhi. You see the same specialist at every visit rather than a different doctor each time, and no treatment is started before an evaluation explains why it applies to you.
Where is One World Fertility located?
3rd floor 316/275, Westend Marg, near Saket Metro Station, Saidulajab, Sainik Farm, New Delhi 110030. Consultations are available in English, Hindi and Punjabi, and online consultations can be arranged if travelling in is difficult.
How do I book an appointment for Fertility And Reproductive Care?
Book online through this website, call +91 87966 19979, or message the clinic on WhatsApp. Bring any previous reports, scans and cycle records with you so the first consultation can be a working one rather than an introduction.
How do I know if I need a hormone test?
It's worth paying attention if your body feels different than it used to, like if your periods are irregular, your mood changes, you're tired, or your weight fluctuates. Testing hormones can help us understand why these changes are happening.
Is hormone testing painful or complicated?
Not at all. Most hormone testing are quick and easy blood tests that are done on a regular basis. It normally only takes a few minutes to finish.
What happens after I get my hormone test results?
Your results are looked at in regard to your symptoms. Your doctor can then propose modifications to your lifestyle, treatment, or other activities, but they won't be rushed or forced.
Why do my reports say “normal” when I still feel awful?
Because "normal ranges" don't necessarily show what is normal for you. A thorough hormone panel doesn't simply look at numbers; it also looks at trends.
At what age should women start hormone testing?
There is no set age. Testing can help you figure out what's going on if you start to have symptoms in your 20s, 30s, or 40s.
What is ICSI and how is it different from regular IVF?
In ICSI, a single sperm is injected directly into an egg. In normal IVF, thousands of sperm can naturally fertilize the egg in a dish.
Who needs ICSI treatment?
ICSI is suggested for couples whose sperm count is low, whose sperm don't move well, whose sperm have an odd shape, whose earlier attempts to get pregnant failed, or who are using surgically removed or frozen sperm.
What is the success rate of ICSI?
Success rates depend mostly on age and egg quality. They are 40-50% for women under 35 and 5-15% for women over 42.

Fertility rarely sits in one box. These are the neighbouring areas most often relevant alongside this one.
Not sure which treatment applies to you?
That is what the first consultation is for. Dr. Kavita Manchanda will go through your history and explain the options that genuinely fit.
