Is counselling included, or does it cost extra?
Counselling is part of your care at One World Fertility, not an add-on billed by the session. If you want a conversation before you have committed to anything, that is available too - ask the front desk or call the number on this page.
Is what I say to a counsellor confidential?
Yes. What you discuss stays between you and the counsellor. Nothing is shared with your clinical team unless it affects your treatment and you have agreed to it, and nothing is shared with family members.
Can my partner or family attend?
Yes, and it often helps. Sessions can be individual, as a couple, or with a family member you want in the room. You decide who attends each time.
Do I get one coordinator, or a different person each time?
One named treatment coordinator holds your cycle, so you are not explaining your history again on every call. If they are away, whoever covers has your full plan in front of them.
What if I am travelling to Delhi for treatment?
Tell the care coordinator early. They will group your scans so that fewer trips are needed, advise on how long you realistically need to be in Delhi for each stage, and help with guidance on stay near the Saket clinic.
Can the financial counsellor tell me the cost before I commit?
Yes, and in writing. You should have an itemised estimate - what the cycle includes, what it excludes, what medication is likely to add - before anything is booked.
